Jessica discovered Theraputic breathwork in 2015 and immediatly become inspired to learn and experience more of this healing practiace and share it with others. Therapeutic breathwork helps people tap into their own inner healer and supports growing positive healthy individuals, relationships and communities.
Jessica completed both Somatic Breath Practitioner and Coaching certifications with The Power of Breath Institute in New Hampshire during 2016 and 2017. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2011 and takes a whole body therapeutic approach to her practice by developing and managing a treatment plan that is tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing from her diverse skill set including myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral therapy, visceral manipulation, breathwork and yoga Therapy.
Jessica graduated from The Vancouver College of Massage Therapy 3000 hr program in Vancouver BC. She also completed a 200hr yoga teacher training during 2015 with prohealth yoga located in New West Minister BC.
