This course offers simple, yet effective tools to develop inner peace for modern day life. Participants will learn to move to a place of inner quiet where they are a peaceful witness to all that flows through their outer and inner environment.
In this course, you will receive instruction in practices rooted in ancient yogic traditions that provide for the balanced development of body and mind while awakening direct experience of divinity. This course is suitable for those wanting to establish a meditation practice or deepen their practice. All levels of experience are welcome.
Each class will incorporate stretching, yoga breathing exercises and guided meditation. Participants will benefit from group support, personal instruction, mentorship and study materials.
